Door-to-Door Delivery
Door-to-door delivery is available to wholesale and retail customers within three miles of the routes mapped out below.
Off-route delivery may be available for an additional fee, pending approval by our Distribution Coordinator. If you live off-route, you are also welcome to order online and pick up your products at the Hub on the Hill in Essex. Orders can be scheduled for pick up on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday between 9:30 am - 4:00 pm.
Please note: Delivery for wholesale customers is calculated by volume. To request the current fee structure, contact us at deliveries@thehubonthehill.org
As of January 2023, we have suspended delivery to NYC until further notice. Please contact us if you have a recurring delivery need and we can discuss this possibility.

Delivery Schedule
Retail and Wholesale orders must be placed by Sunday at 12pm for delivery the same week. Deliveries are typically made between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.
Wednesday - ADK West
Weekly service from the Hub out to Saranac Lake.
Temporary service to Tupper Lake on the first and third Wednesday each month.
*The Western/Southern loop of the route (Tupper Lake, Newcomb, etc.) is not currently able to be served regularly, but we are trying to grow this route to increase food access in those areas. We hope to be able to provide regular service in the spring of 2023.
Thursday - ADK North
Weekly service from Essex up to Chazy, and a loop that includes Keene.
*On the 2nd and 4th Thursday each month, we run an extension of this route (to Saranac/Redford). This is labeled "ADK North Extended" on our delivery map.
*On the 1st and 3rd Thursday each month, we will go all the way up to Mooers.
Friday - ADK South
Weekly service from Essex to Ticonderoga and Schroon Lake.
*On the 4th Friday of the month, we run an extension of this route down to the Capital Region. This is labeled "ADK South Extended" on our delivery map. This is currently for wholesale services only. We expect to run this route weekly in the spring/summer months.
