Donate to the Hub
Navigate to “Shop Online > Online Marketplace” and use the filters on the left-hand side to narrow down your search. When you have found a product you are interested in purchasing, click “Add to cart”. If the button states “Choose Options” you must first select an option and then the quantity of that product that you would like to add to your cart. When you are ready to checkout, click the cart icon in the upper right corner and follow the instructions.
The wholesale store is only available to wholesale customers. If you are interested in becoming a wholesale customer, please follow the instructions on this page.
Customers who live within three miles of our delivery routes are eligible for home delivery. If you need help determining whether your address is eligible, please email info@thehubonthehill.org and we can let you know!
Based on your location, you are eligible for home delivery either on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday each week. Please be advised that orders must be placed by Sunday at noon.
The Hub operates its delivery routes on a weekly basis.
Home delivery fee is currently $3. However, due to rising costs, this is subject to change.
Yes, you are able to pick up your order in person at our Essex marketplace on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday between 9:30am-4:00pm. Please select the “pickup” option at checkout. Orders still must be placed by Sunday at noon.

Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) is an electronic system that allows a SNAP participant to pay for food using SNAP benefits. Follow this link for more information.
The SNAP Retailer Locator allows anyone to locate nearby SNAP-authorized retailers by entering a street address, city and state, or zip code. Enter your starting location and select a retailer or map point to get details and directions. Follow this link for more information.
Fair Food Cards work like a debit or credit card. When you check out, select “Credit card” as your payment method and enter your Fair Food Card information.
Yes. At checkout, select “Pay with EBT/SNAP and Credit/Debit Cards” as your payment method. This will take you to a payment page, where you first enter how much you’d like to pay with SNAP. Then, you can pay any remaining balance with other credit cards. Enter your Fair Food Card information here.
No, Double Up Food Bucks (DUFB) can only be earned and redeemed when payment is made with SNAP. However, if you use both SNAP and a Fair Food Card, you can earn/redeem DUFB on the produce you purchase with SNAP. At checkout: select "Pay with EBT/SNAP and Credit/Debit Cards" and use SNAP to cover the amount of fruits and vegetables in your cart. Use your Fair Food Card to pay for the remaining items at the next step, when you input credit card information.
First, make sure you are entering your Fair Food Card information correctly and as a credit card at checkout. Seondly, check that the balance on your card is enough to cover the purchase.
